Warehouse Worker

• The Warehouse Worker (General Laborer) supports daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently handling, moving, storing, and preparing materials and products for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. ________________________________________

Job Description

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using manual labor or warehouse equipment
• Pick, pack, sort, and stage products accurately according to shipping documents, work orders, or system instructions
• Use heavy machinery to store and/or pick product from shelving
• Label, wrap, band, and secure cartons and pallets for shipment or storage It’s oaky, we were able to have it on the JD agreement
• Use RF scanners, barcode readers, or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement
• Perform cycle counts, basic inventory checks, and product verification to ensure accuracy
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies to supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following housekeeping and 5S standards
• Follow all safety rules, warehouse procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including restacking, rework, pallet building, and housekeeping as needed
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily workflow, productivity, and shipping deadlines

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team ________________________________________ Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods
• Ability learn how to operate heavy equipment (i.e forklift and reach truck)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• Experience using barcode scanners, RF guns, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
