As leaders in providing streamlined, user-friendly solutions, we empower automotive brands to maximize online sales. Our commitment to technology, top-notch customer service, and a profound understanding of the automotive market sets us apart. If you're ready to revolutionize the eCommerce space for automotive parts and accessories, consider joining our dynamic team of Revolutionaries.

The Role:

As the Account Executive, this role drives new business for RevolutionParts across an assigned territory in the United States and Canada, selling the RevolutionParts eCommerce platform to automotive dealerships and guiding them through enrollment in their OEM dealer programs. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role. The Account Executive owns every stage of the sales cycle, from qualification through close, and balances inbound leads with self-generated outbound pipeline. This role is accountable for monthly activity and sales goals in its territory. It works within the established sales process with direction from the Director, Inside Sales, and partners regularly with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Generation,

r espond quickly to inbound leads and build outbound pipeline by prospecting targeted dealerships in the assigned territory in order to maintain a steady pipeline that does not depend on a single lead source. Meet or exceed monthly activity goals for calls, emails, and booked meetings in order to generate the volume of conversations needed to reach quota. Full-Cycle Selling Qualify prospects, run discovery and product demos, and manage each opportunity from first conversation to signed agreement in order to convert pipeline into new dealer customers. Guide dealers through OEM dealer program enrollment step by step in order to shorten time to close and give each new customer a clean start on the platform. Serve as the subject matter expert on RevolutionParts' offerings in order to position the platform credibly against each dealer's goals and objections. Pipeline Management & Collaboration Track every opportunity, activity, and customer detail in Salesforce in order to keep the forecast accurate and give leadership a reliable view of the territory. Hand off closed accounts to Customer Experience with complete deal context in order to protect the customer's onboarding experience. Share feedback from prospects with Marketing and Product in order to improve lead quality, messaging, and the product roadmap. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Role

New dealer enrollments and bookings against monthly quota. Monthly activity against goal (calls, emails, meetings booked). Pipeline generated, inbound and outbound. Conversion rate from qualified opportunity to closed-won. Salesforce data quality and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, or equivalent sales or marketing experience [required]. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas or activity goals [required]. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort running phone and video demos. Competitive drive and a strong desire to win, with the discipline to sustain high outbound activity. Experience with Salesforce (a plus, not required). SaaS sales, automotive dealership, OEM, or parts and accessories experience (a plus, not required) Bachelor's degree (a plus, not required). AI Fluency & Modern Tooling At RevolutionParts, we expect team members to actively use modern tools - including AI-powered systems - to improve decision-making, productivity, and quality of work.

This includes:

Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving Exercising strong judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and ethical use Continuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities evolve Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected. RevolutionParts is proud to provide all full-time Revolutionaries with a comprehensive employment package including competitive compensation, career development, benefits, 401K match, parental leave, and many more valuable perks.
