Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of an apartment community.

🌱 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, flower beds, and common areas
• Mow, edge, weed, trim, and blow assigned areas
• Pick up trash and keep the property clean and presentable
• Maintain sidewalks, breezeways, parking areas, and community spaces
• Assist with seasonal landscaping and outdoor projects
• Remove debris and maintain dumpster areas
• Perform basic grounds and exterior maintenance
• Report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks as needed
• Follow property safety and appearance standards

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous apartment groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic landscaping equipment and tools
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable, professional, and resident-friendly
