Coordinate with discipline leads to confirm deliverables meet client standards and contractual obligations.
Ensure alignment between client requirements, project scope, and internal execution plans.

Collaboration & Communication

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for internal team members and support client communications under the direction of a Project Manager.
Coordinate with discipline leads, drafting, and project management teams so tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and delivered on schedule.
Communicate status updates, schedule changes, risks, and scope clarifications clearly and promptly.
