We're hiring a PRN Neuro Occupational Therapist to join our growing Specialty Rehab team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse neurological patient population while receiving mentorship and support from experienced therapists in a collaborative environment.

Our West Nashville Specialty Rehab clinic is dedicated to helping patients improve function, mobility, and independence through individualized, evidence-based care. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in neurological rehabilitation, occupational therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, stroke recovery, Parkinson's disease treatment, functional mobility training, and lymphedema management. We are passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes and improve their quality of life through a patient-centered approach to care.

What You’ll Do as a PRN Float Occupational Therapist

• Provide PRN (as needed) coverage at a single location, or float across two specialty clinic locations in Nashville (up to you!)
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers
• Continue learning and growing through Upstream’s education and development programs

Qualifications:

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Occupational Therapy program; MOT, OTD, or equivalent
• Active / pending Tennessee Occupational Therapist license (or eligible)
• Neurological rehabilitation experience preferred; advanced training, certification, or a strong interest in treating patients with neurological conditions is highly valued.

PRN Schedule

• PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)
• Mornings, evenings, and weekdays available
