Registered Nurse (RN)
Restore Hyper Wellness | Clinical Care, Retail Sales & Membership Growth
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Registered Nurse who understands that Restore Hyper Wellness operates as both a medical wellness provider and a retail business where sales, membership growth, and client retention are essential to success.
The ideal candidate combines excellent clinical skills with a strong sales mentality, exceptional customer service, and the confidence to recommend and sell wellness services, packages, and memberships.
This is not a traditional nursing position focused exclusively on clinical care. Our nurses are expected to actively participate in revenue generation, convert client consultations into purchases, promote memberships, and help achieve the studio's financial and operational goals.
We want a nurse who:
- Enjoys interacting with clients and is comfortable selling services and memberships.
- Understands that sales performance is an essential responsibility, not an optional part of the position.
- Takes initiative to identify opportunities to recommend appropriate additional services.
- Confidently discusses pricing, promotions, memberships, and packages.
- Understands the importance of client retention, repeat visits, and membership conversions.
- Is motivated by measurable performance goals and financial incentives.
- Can balance excellent clinical care with strong retail business performance.
Clinical excellence is mandatory. Sales participation and business accountability are equally important expectations of this role.
About Restore Hyper Wellness
Restore Hyper Wellness is an award-winning leader in the growing wellness and recovery industry, with more than 200 studios across 40 states.
We offer innovative wellness services designed to help clients feel better, recover faster, and optimize their well-being.
Our business model combines professional medical services with a membership-based retail environment. Every team member, including our nursing staff, contributes to delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting sales, revenue growth, and long-term membership retention.
Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you will serve as both a clinical healthcare professional and an active contributor to the studio's retail sales performance.
You will administer medical services, educate clients, recommend appropriate wellness solutions, and actively support the sale of memberships, IV therapies, injections, packages, and other studio services.
You will be expected to take ownership of the client experience from initial consultation through treatment, service recommendations, and follow-up.
Success in this position is measured by clinical safety, client satisfaction, sales participation, membership conversions, client retention, and contribution to studio revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Sales & Revenue Generation - Essential Job Responsibility
Sales performance is a core component of this nursing position.
• Actively sell and promote Restore memberships, IV therapies, injections, medical services, and wellness packages.
- Confidently present pricing, promotions, membership options, and package benefits.
- Convert appropriate client consultations and inquiries into booked and purchased services.
- Recommend additional services and packages based on individual client goals and clinical appropriateness.
- Proactively introduce membership opportunities to eligible nonmember clients.
- Encourage existing members to maximize their membership benefits and explore appropriate additional services.
- Identify opportunities for repeat purchases, package upgrades, and long-term client engagement.
- Participate in daily sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up with clients when appropriate to encourage rebooking and continued utilization.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk and management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Take personal accountability for assigned sales and membership conversion goals.
- Understand that meeting reasonable performance expectations is an important component of continued success in this role.
Nurses are expected to initiate sales conversations rather than relying exclusively on front desk personnel to generate revenue.
All recommendations must remain clinically appropriate and based on client needs. Sales objectives never override patient safety or professional nursing judgment.
- Medical Expertise & Client Care
- Safely administer IV therapies, intramuscular injections, and other authorized medical services.
- Perform appropriate nursing assessments and screenings within established protocols.
- Maintain proficiency in IV placement, infusion monitoring, and recognition of adverse reactions.
- Provide professional, compassionate, and efficient client care.
- Educate clients on available therapies, expected benefits, limitations, and relevant safety considerations.
- Conduct personalized consultations that combine clinical assessment with appropriate wellness service recommendations.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that supports repeat visits, positive reviews, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic medical records.
- Follow physician-approved protocols, standing orders, and applicable nursing regulations.
- Membership Growth & Client Retention
- Actively contribute to new membership enrollment.
- Educate clients on the financial and wellness benefits of membership when appropriate.
- Identify clients who may benefit from recurring wellness services.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage client loyalty.
- Assist in reducing membership cancellations by addressing concerns and identifying appropriate solutions.
- Encourage consistent utilization of purchased services and memberships.
- Support rebooking and client follow-up initiatives.
- Help create a client experience that generates referrals and positive reviews.
- Performance Expectations & Accountability
The Registered Nurse is expected to contribute directly to measurable studio performance.
Key performance indicators may include:
- Individual medical service sales.
- New membership conversions.
- Membership and package revenue.
- Consultation-to-purchase conversion rates.
- Repeat bookings and client retention.
- Appropriate additional service recommendations.
- Client satisfaction and service quality.
- Compliance with clinical documentation and safety standards.
Nurses will participate in regular performance discussions and receive coaching to improve clinical, service, and sales results.
A successful nurse at Restore does more than administer treatments. They actively help build the business.
- Studio Operations & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Wellness Representatives and studio management to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Support front desk sales efforts and assist with client inquiries when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional clinical environment.
- Participate in studio promotions, marketing events, and community outreach.
- Support efficient client scheduling, treatment flow, and timely service delivery.
- Take initiative during slower clinical periods to assist with client engagement, sales opportunities, and operational tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Contribute to a results-oriented culture emphasizing professionalism, accountability, and revenue growth.
- Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with applicable nursing standards and medical regulations.
- Follow all Restore clinical protocols and physician-approved orders.
- Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and client responses.
- Maintain appropriate infection prevention and emergency preparedness standards.
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
- Exercise independent clinical judgment within the RN scope of practice.
- Never recommend or administer medically inappropriate services solely to achieve sales goals.

Education & Licensure
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
Clinical Experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred, including ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar settings.
- At least 1 year of significant IV administration and injection experience.

- Experience working toward sales targets, conversion goals, or revenue objectives.
- Comfort discussing pricing, promotions, and financial commitments with clients.
- Experience in performance-based or incentive-driven environments is highly desirable.

Recommended hiring improvement
I would also add one screening question to your job application to filter out nurses who are uncomfortable with sales:
"This position requires nurses to actively sell memberships, IV therapies, injections, and wellness packages while meeting individual and studio sales goals. Please describe your experience with sales, membership conversions, or revenue-generating responsibilities and your comfort level with these expectations."
This makes the retail component explicit before candidates reach the interview stage.
