Production Manager

RDG Filings is a financial reporting company helping clients from all over the world maintain SEC compliance of their sensitive financial information. We’re looking for talented individuals with a great eye for detail and strong computer skills who can use our proprietary software to prepare client documents into compatible HTML for SEC submission. Training will be provided. Knowledge of HTML a huge bonus.

Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, 8am to 5pm MT

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs
• Compare client-supplied Word documents to the internal documents to insure consistency.
• Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC’s HTML compliant EDGAR format through the use of proprietary software
• Stay current with continued trainings RDG provides

The right candidate will have:

• A high attention to detail
• Be a self-motivated, independent operator
• Have the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong communication skills for contact with clients via phone and email
• Strong keyboard/touch typing skills. Ability to operate office equipment essential to the position
• Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Great communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work additional hours during busy seasons
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Business a plus
• Understanding of the SEC & Corporate Filing industry is a plus
• Front-End Web Dev education/experience is a plus
