Machine Operator

Machine Operator -- 2nd Shift | $21 - $24/hour

Replex Plastics -- Mount Vernon, OH

Shift & Pay 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm -- 10:00 pm, Mon--Fri $21 - $24/hour (based on experience and benefits participation)

Full-time, year-round --- no weekends, no rotating shifts

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality output
• Perform in-process quality checks and accurately record results
• Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Support efficient production flow by identifying and reporting issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Preferred 1 year production/manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machines/tools
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
