Renhill HR on Demand is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a manufacturing team in Bellevue! This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION!

Salary: Up to $80,000/year -- DOE
Bellevue, OH
Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 8 AM--4 PM
Every other Wednesday until 5 PM
What You'll Do:
?
Recruitment, onboarding & training
?
Payroll & HR reporting
?
Employee relations & engagement
?
Benefits administration
?
Support managers with performance management
?
HR policies, programs & compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree at a 4 year college
2+ years of HR experience in manufacturing required
Knowledge of HR systems, payroll & Microsoft Office
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
