Call Center Sales Representative

As a Call Center Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by connecting customers with products and services that meet their needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound and/or handling inbound sales calls with potential and existing customers
• Presenting products and services clearly, confidently, and persuasively
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals
• Addressing customer questions and objections to close sales effectively
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Staying up to date on product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies
• Collaborating with teammates and sharing insights to continuously improve sales performance

• This is a fully remote position, but you must be located within the United States
• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language
• A reliable Internet connection and computer
• A confident, professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office
• Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Fully remote: work from anywhere within the United States
• Full-time and part-time available
• Competitive hourly pay from $20/hr
