Lead Selector Full Time \$20-23.00 per hour DOE 2nd Shift 2:30pm- 11pm Job description Order sorting and prioritizing shipments Assign selectors to daily tasks Responsible for training new associates Controls ship complete board Collaborates with customer service to determine order of shipments Answers selecting questions from associates Required Skills Keen memory in regards to warehouse layout and inventory levels Computer familiarity with ERP (Macola) Close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Written and verbal English communication skills Collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE) Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment Punctual and able to adhere to attendance policy Required Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Education/Experience Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial facility Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Work Location: In person Job Location: Turners Falls MA
