Description

Experience in Corporate Commercial, Healthcare, Multifamily, and / or Senior Living markets.
Lead technical coordination of project execution and control to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget and time schedules from initial start-up through construction completion
Extensive technical involvement and experience with assembling construction documents;
Ability to coordinate design and architectural drawings with other disciplines
Work in all phases of design and construction
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and contractors

Bachelor of Architecture degree
Licensed Architect
8+ years of experience including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management.
Revit experience required
May occasionally require out-of-town travel to support projects.
