GENERAL LABOR - NOW HIRING! RedCap Staffing is currently hiring dependable General Laborers for a variety of job assignments with our clients. If you are reliable, ready to work, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Job Duties May Include: - Loading and unloading materials - Moving, lifting, and organizing products or equipment - Warehouse and production work - Construction site clean-up - Property and apartment cleanouts - General cleanup and maintenance - Using basic hand tools - Assisting skilled workers as needed - Other general labor duties as assigned Requirements: - Must be dependable and arrive on time - Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting - Willingness to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures - Reliable transportation to assigned job sites preferred - Previous general labor experience is helpful but not a requirement Schedule: Assignments and schedules vary depending on client needs.
