The Contract Gig

As a Gutter Subcontractor in San Antonio, you'll deliver crisp, high-standard installs that protect homes and elevate curb appeal-project after project. This contract role is built for established crews who want clean scopes and steady opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Install seamless aluminum, copper, and custom gutter systems (5", 6", half-round) plus downspouts and gutter guards
• Complete repairs, replacements, and maintenance/cleaning per spec
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately on-site
• Keep job sites tidy and close out with customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 2+ years residential gutter installation/repair experience
• Own truck/van, trailer, tools, ladders, and gutter machine (or access to continuous seamless supply)
• $1M General Liability and Workers' Comp (or waiver/exemption)
• Reliable communication, punctuality, and safety-first detail
