CDL Driver (Commercial Drivers License Driver)

You will be responsible for inspecting vehicles before and after trips, securing cargo for transport, and maintaining accurate delivery logs and paperwork. Key duties involve planning routes efficiently, adhering to delivery schedules, and communicating effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members. You should be able to perform minor vehicle maintenance, report any mechanical issues promptly, and follow company safety procedures at all times. The role may require loading and unloading freight, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules or road conditions. Qualified candidates will have a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and experience operating heavy or tractor-trailer trucks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer service are essential. Physical stamina and the ability to lift or move heavy objects may be required.
