Janitor

• Janitor Full-Time | Sheboygan, WI Starting at $18+/hour (based on experience) Take pride in your work - and help create a space that supports others. As a Janitor, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining spaces that support individuals with disabilities, staff, and visitors every day. This is a role for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and wants a steady, reliable position where what they do truly matters. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for keeping our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming - both inside and out.

• Perform general cleaning of floors, walls, windows, restrooms, and office areas
• Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor machines, etc.)
• Ensure spaces are consistently clean, organized, and presentable
• Handle seasonal outdoor duties including lawn care and snow removal
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Work independently while also interacting respectfully with staff and participants
• Support a positive, safe environment for everyone in the building

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Comfort working in an environment serving individuals with disabilities
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks throughout the year
