• Supervise warehouse operations and ensure proper material handling processes are followed
• Monitor employee productivity and quality of work, providing coaching and corrective action as needed
• Ensure FIFO inventory practices are utilized and inventory levels are maintained accurately
• Provide training, tools, and support to employees to ensure successful performance
• Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safety and compliance protocols
• Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, and administrative activities
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to meet goals and resolve issues
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and documentation in compliance with company standards
• Assist in the disposition of obsolete materials and optimize space utilization
• Stay current on part changes and operating procedures within assigned areas
• Foster a respectful and professional work environment built on clear communication
