Propane Filler

Primary Responsibilities

• Fill propane cylinders and tanks according to safety regulations and company procedures

• Inspect tanks for damage, leaks, or expired certification dates

• Operate propane dispensing equipment and pumps

• Weigh tanks before and after filling to ensure proper levels

• Maintain accurate records of propane sales and inventory

• Provide customer service (answer questions, assist with tank exchanges, etc.)

• Follow all safety standards, including fire prevention and hazardous material handling

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Attention to detail and strong safety awareness

• Ability to follow procedures precisely

• Good customer service skills

• Physical ability to lift and move tanks

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test
• Must pass background check
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
