About the company Our client is a cybersecurity company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own video content from start to finish, capturing day-to-day team activity on a professional camera and turning it into edited posts for the company's social channels. The role involves regular travel with the team and a focus on growing audience reach through a consistent, recognizable style. What you'll do

• Film team activity on a professional camera, both in the office and while traveling.
• Edit and publish roughly three videos per week.
• Manage the company's presence on Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
• Grow follower counts and video views, the main tracked metrics, through a consistent content style.
• Create light brand design work and social media assets.
• Contribute to merchandise design where possible, which may be contracted out.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Ability to handle the full video pipeline solo: filming, editing and posting.
• Experience shooting on a professional camera rather than relying only on phone clips.
• A strong eye for quality and a clear, distinct visual style.
• Understanding of what drives growth in followers and views on social channels.
• Willingness to travel frequently and capture content on the go.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience.

Bonus points

• Graphic or brand design skills, including merchandise design.
• A track record of edited content that drove real audience growth.
• Comfort being the always-on person documenting team activity.
