Senior Product Manager

About the company Our client is a fast-growing software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead a product area from early planning through launch, shaping the roadmap and getting releases out quickly alongside engineering, design and go-to-market colleagues. The position requires fluent Mandarin, solid technical credibility and a track record with AI-powered functionality. What you'll do

• Take responsibility for a whole product area, from initial strategy through delivery and continued refinement.
• Set the roadmap jointly with engineering, design and go-to-market partners.
• Ship polished releases at a quick pace so users get working software sooner.
• Engage senior stakeholders at major partner organizations and let their feedback guide priorities.
• Partner with designers on interface-heavy products with many connected screens and workflows.
• Hold informed conversations with engineers about system design, machine learning and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Fluent Mandarin used in a work setting, for example with customers, partners or colleagues; conversational ability alone is not enough.
• A history of taking a brand-new product area from discovery through to release.
• Hands-on work with key accounts or partners where your input changed what the team built.
• Experience with sophisticated products that span many areas and user journeys.
• Enough technical depth to speak credibly about architecture, machine learning and engineering trade-offs.
• Prior work delivering features powered by machine learning, such as language-model or agent-style capabilities.
• A working relationship with design teams on visually rich products.
• A purpose-driven, scrappy, low-ego and decisive approach, with real commitment to the impact of the work.
• Based in San Francisco or New York, or willing to relocate, and able to work from the office four days a week.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
