Senior Product Engineer

About the company Our client is a software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take product features from the first discussion and prototype through launch and ongoing refinement. Work directly with leadership and users to build complete features spanning the user interface, service endpoints and data design. What you'll do

• Shape new features from early conversations and quick prototypes through to release.
• Build user-facing functionality across the frontend, APIs and data model.
• Gather feedback from users and turn it into improvements after launch.
• Work closely with company leadership to decide what to build and how to build it.
• Ship complete features independently rather than only completing pre-defined tickets.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Four or more years of hands-on engineering work building end-to-end applications as an individual contributor.
• Track record of shipping user-facing capabilities that began as raw user input, reached launch, and were then refined based on real usage.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript.

Bonus points

• Startup experience at an early or growth stage company.
• Background building internal or business-process software for operations-heavy industries.
• Computer science degree from a highly ranked university.

• Base salary: USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year
