Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the company Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take full ownership of a product area that spans the data layer, service interfaces and the browser experience, with close attention to how people work alongside AI agents. Set technical direction, partner closely with the people who use the product, and drive ambiguous problems to release while measuring their results. What you'll do

• Build an internal operations console where staff review automated work, act on it and pass tasks back and forth with software agents.
• Ship the customer-facing onboarding and selection flow from first contact through setup.
• Develop the end-user account experience, covering identification documents, sign-up, mid-term changes and clear answers to coverage questions.
• Shape the service layer and schemas that link automated agents, outside data sources and internal operations, with a person stepping in when automation falls short.
• Act as a technical leader, working directly with users and taking ambiguous problems through to release while tracking whether they achieve their goals.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Five or more years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript or both.
• Experience shipping at a leading product company or high-growth startup with a strong engineering reputation. Careers limited to enterprise, agency or consulting work do not qualify.
• Hands-on AI engineering experience with agents, evaluation, LLM APIs or model fine-tuning.
• Background building full stack products from the browser layer through to backend services, ideally with a frontend starting point.
• Proven track record of guiding the technical design of a product area or leading a group of engineers at a senior level.
• Computer science or a related degree from a top-25 university. Bonus points
• Experience in healthcare or insurance technology.
