Original job description

About the company Our client is a fast-growing software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Create and lead a new function that helps sellers get productive quickly and stay current. The work spans new-hire programs, selling resources, training and results tracking, in close partnership with other go-to-market and product colleagues. What you'll do

  • Design and run the onboarding and ramp program that brings new sales hires up to speed on a technical product.
  • Develop playbooks, messaging guides and objection-handling resources that support consistent selling across the full cycle.
  • Produce and maintain training materials, certifications and a central content library.
  • Work with sales leadership, revenue operations, marketing and product teams so that enablement priorities match wider business goals.
  • Evaluate the program using indicators such as time to productivity, closing rates and individual seller output, then refine it based on what the data shows.
