Original job description

About the company Our client is a biotechnology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Connect bench science with laboratory automation by adapting experimental methods so they run dependably on robotic equipment. The work blends practical lab skill with light programming and troubleshooting to get new methods production-ready. What you'll do

  • Collaborate with research scientists to convert informal method notes into clear, ordered procedures.
  • Apply AI-assisted coding and established automation frameworks to program liquid handling robots for new methods.
  • Perform each method manually and on the robot, then compare outcomes to confirm they agree.
