Original job description

About the company Our client is a fast-growing technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of key customer relationships in a commercial, customer-facing position. Work alongside internal delivery colleagues to shape customer objectives into concrete plans, uncover growth within existing accounts and win new business. What you'll do

  • Take ownership of existing accounts, keep relationships strong and grow them across several major customers at the same time.
  • Spot and close upsell opportunities with current customers, and bring in new ones, carrying deals from signed agreement through to revenue.
  • Develop real depth in the subject area so you can act as a trusted advisor to customers' technical staff.
  • Turn customer objectives into clear plans of action in coordination with internal colleagues.
  • Partner with internal teams to make sure commitments made to customers are met with high quality.
