Original job description
About the company Our client is a cybersecurity company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build and maintain server-side systems, third-party integrations and data processing services for a software platform. The role covers backend engineering across a shared data layer, cloud infrastructure and production operations, with a focus on shipping quickly and resolving live issues. What you'll do
- Build and maintain backend services and integrations with a large number of third-party software platforms.
- Design and develop core components that process large volumes of event data through streaming pipelines.
- Build data features such as scoring, outlier detection and time-series rollups within a shared multi-tenant data layer.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, monitoring and observability.
- Ship features on a weekly cadence, debug production issues, and occasionally speak directly with customers.

- Deep hands-on experience with Go and with endpoint software on desktop operating systems.
- Strong backend experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Experience with systems internals and platform engineering.
- A quantified record of production scale and ownership in recent work.
- High agency, with a self-directed approach, a bias for action and clear thinking.
- Ability to explain architectural decisions, not just the tasks completed. Bonus points
