Communication and Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for the weekly Project Prioritization meeting by assembling the agenda, project list, and current status data; take notes and track decisions and action items.
  • Draft weekly status updates and project reports for project teams, stakeholders, the business, IT management, and Range USA leadership.
  • Translate technical project updates into clear, plain-language summaries for non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain project dashboards and track key measures such as on-time delivery, open risks, and team workload.

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements as projects progress.
  • Log and track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions; escalate to the IT Delivery Manager promptly.
  • Keep project documentation (charters, requirements, meeting notes, and status history) organized, current, and easy to find.
  • Track scope, schedule, and priority changes and make sure the right people know about them.

General Responsibilities:

  • Model a culture of accountability and continual service improvement, viewing each situation as an opportunity to make the individual, team, and organization better.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership and department directors/managers.
  • Recommend improvements to project templates, processes, and Asana workflows.
