Warehouse Receiver

Detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to manage incoming shipments and support our daily inventory operations. In this role, you will be crucial to keeping our warehouse running efficiently by handling deliveries, routing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, unload deliveries from trucks, and carefully inspect merchandise for any damage.
• Verify that all deliveries accurately match the corresponding Purchase Orders and Packing Lists.
• Store inventory efficiently, maintain strict inventory control, and always know where materials are located.
• Pull merchandise and safely deliver it to internal departments.
• Assist the Shipping Department by locating staged materials waiting for delivery and process outgoing UPS pickups.
• Maintain accurate receiving records using our Receiving System.
• Keep the warehouse environment clean and highly organized.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be certified to operate a forklift.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately. computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage receiving tasks.
• Proficiency in professional communication, including email and phone calls.
• Must successfully pass a background screening prior to employment.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 6:30 AM - 5 PM education: High School
