Warehouse Associate

Randstad is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse Associates for multiple companies. In this role, you will be responsible for executing everyday warehouse tasks including receiving, inspecting, storing, packing, and dispatching products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, strictly adheres to safety protocols, and works collaboratively to ensure efficient order fulfillment and optimal inventory management. **Forklift experience required for most positions** ZPMLSTCM

salary: $18 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming delivery trucks using material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks).
• Inspect shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies against bill of lading and packing slips.
• Verify product quantities, record stock arrivals, and process inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Label and organize goods neatly in designated storage areas and racks.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Accurately pick products from inventory bins based on customer pick sheets or RF scanner instructions.
• Pack and protect items securely using appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, padding).
• Weigh, label, and prepare outgoing shipments according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently to maximize transport capacity and prevent freight damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards

The essential functions of this role include:
