Responsibilities

• Valve Maintenance & Testing: Disassemble, clean, inspect, measure, reassemble, repair, and test industrial valves - including ball, gate, butterfly, and safety relief valves.
• Actuator Servicing: Repair and maintain various valve actuation systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric actuators.
• On-Site & Field Service: Travel up to 75% to client locations to perform field repairs, routine maintenance, and emergency service calls.
• Quality & Code Compliance: Perform all work in strict accordance with schematics, company SOPs, Quality Control guidelines, and ASME National Board standards.
• Calibration & Documentation: Complete detailed technical documentation, including pressure test reports, calibration logs, and job completion records.
• Safety Protocol Adherence: Comply strictly with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety policies, maintaining a safe working environment in loud, industrial settings.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Diagnose mechanical failures, analyze operational issues, and implement effective technical solutions.
• Technical Communication: Provide timely work status updates to management, co-workers, and client representatives.
• Equipment Management: Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery required for valve servicing.
