location: Greenville, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $50 - 66 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Lead the design, execution, and oversight of media fill (APS) studies for aseptic manufacturing processes.
• Author, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
• Support investigations, deviations, and CAPAs related to media fills and aseptic operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure cGMP, FDA, and EMA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in validation methodologies and contamination control strategies.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech validation within sterile manufacturing environments, with required expertise in aseptic processing and media fill execution.

Deep knowledge of cGMP and global regulatory expectations, paired with technical writing expertise and strong project leadership skills.
