job summary:
Join our client, an industry leader, as a skilled Transportation Coordinator to support leadership, manage freight payments, and leverage your MS Office expertise to drive success. This role requires 4 to 7 years of experience in administration and customer service.
location: Kohler, Wisconsin job type: Contract salary: $20.74 - 22.59 per hour work hours: 7am to 3pm education: High School
responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to location managers and senior leadership.
- Oversee, process, and reconcile freight payment documentation and financial records.
- Maintain daily office workflows and ensure smooth administrative operations across the facility.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, senior staff, and external logistics partners.
- Utilize Microsoft Office products to organize operational data and generate administrative reports.
qualifications:
4-7 years of professional experience in administrative support and customer service roles.
Full proficiency across all Microsoft Office products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
