Transaction Processor

As a Transaction Processing Associate, you will serve as an essential contributor to our operations, researching, analyzing, and updating consumer records across multiple modern operating systems. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring high productivity, and delivering seamless customer support behind the scenes. Responsibilities: Research, analyze, and process consumer transactions accurately within established quality standards. Update, verify, and maintain consumer information across multiple database systems. Meet or exceed daily productivity metrics and quality benchmarks. Deliver exceptional service by resolving account requests promptly and effectively. Identify, document, and resolve data discrepancies following standard operating procedures. Collaborate positively with team members and leadership to meet operational deadlines. Qualifications: Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy. Previous experience in transaction processing, eligibility determination, or administrative data entry preferred; college degree is a plus. PC proficiency and the ability to learn proprietary software systems quickly. Solid organizational and analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced office setting. Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekend hours during peak business volumes. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently following initial training.

salary: $21.01 - $21.02 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School
