Test Engineer

job summary:

Make an impact on over 150 million patients by joining our client an eight-time "World's Best Workplace" as a Test Engineer in Redmond, WA. Requires engineering degree or equivalent to lead production capacity expansion, test station validation, and assembly troubleshooting for key product lines.

responsibilities:

• Oversee production capacity expansion for the LP35 product line, including assembly, characterization testing, and troubleshooting.
• Execute formal validation activities for additional production, surrogate, and troubleshooting test stations.
• Plan, design, and estimate project timelines and costs while proactively communicating project status and risks to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineers and test technicians to maintain seamless operational execution.
• Apply rigorous engineering standards and align all operational activities with the company's quality management procedures.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent practical technical experience).

Practical experience applying engineering procedures, concepts, and quality standards in an operations or production environment.

Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and work with minimal supervision to resolve technical challenges and execute projects.
