Telephonic Case Manager

New opening for an Oncology Chart Abstractor.

Required : Oncology RN experience and chart abstraction.

• Must have Oncology RN experience
• Must have Electronic Medical Chart abstraction experience

Related Experience

• Must be proficient in navigating through EHR databases.
• Clinical experience/pharmaceutical experience; prefer experience in performing chart abstractions in an oncology setting, academic or research experience helpful.
• Previous data analysis experience is a plus.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Team work oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills including: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Must have high speed internet access.
• Know how to utilize Teams

Working Conditions:

Accurately and efficiently conduct electronic medical record abstraction services.

Accurately abstract information from the electronic medical record into the electronic data capture tool.

Complete quality, and accuracy testing as requested in a timely manner

Abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements

Work schedule M-F 8-5 business hours

Contract to start with potential for long term based on performance!
