Talent Advisor - Senior

Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is looking for a Strategic Talent Advisor with 5–7 years of in-house corporate recruiting experience to partner closely with leadership, influence hiring outcomes, and shape high-performing teams. salary: $46.59 - $46.6 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Req Management: Manage 15–25 concurrent requisitions across diverse roles and locations, targeting ~10 hires per month.
• Core Hiring Focus: Recruit for high-impact branch roles, including Client Relationship Specialists, Client Service Managers, Investment Consultants, and Financial Advisors.
• Volume Screening & Sourcing: Triage high-volume applicant flows (often 400+ per posting over a weekend) with speed and precision. Conduct outbound sourcing for licensed talent using Discover Data.
• Consultative Partnership: Lead strategic intake calls, guide leaders on market realities, and proactively set clear hiring expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven full-lifecycle recruiting experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment (agency or corporate).
• Consultative and stakeholder-management skills; ability to influence high-touch leaders.
• High adaptability and organizational skills to triage large applicant pipelines.
• Familiarity with Workday, iCIMS, or similar enterprise ATS platforms preferred.
