responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Provides day-to-day technical support (level 2) to all IT teams and end-users for network, server, general IT infrastructure, and security-related issues

Defines system and product requirements and generate software / hardware performance and reliability specifications and requirements

Participates in the evaluation, design, and integration of all enhancements or new releases of the system

Makes recommendations to enhance processes, procedures, and policies relating to systems functioning and performance

Coordinates with multiple functional areas and vendors on the planning, upgrading, testing, securing, and servicing of IT solutions

Designs and implement architecturally compliant system landscapes

Develops, modify, test, implement, document, and maintain systems software and hardware

Modifies and/or debug vendor-supplied utilities and packages

Troubleshoots and resolve server, operating system, and other infrastructure problems

Monitors systems capacity and performance and provide level 2 technical support

Continues to learn about servers, operating systems, and related technology

Serves as a technical resource for infrastructure initiatives

Performs troubleshooting and remediation, ensure successful project implementation, and perform post project end user support

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards
