Supply Chain Supervisor-Direct hire- Fort Mill, SC area- Our client local to Fort Mill/Charlotte area is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor on 1st shift. Hiring manager is seeking a candidate with a supply chain/logistics background from a DC or manufacturing work environment. $90,000- $100,000 base + bonus + relocation assistance+ benefits and a generous PTO (time off) package

responsibilities:

• Maintains logistics and shipping operations by coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Runs ERP System reports, confirms daily order processing requirements, and communicates to warehouse team.
• Accounts for inventory transfers between facilities.
• Assists shipping team as needed during periods of high-volume activity.
• Maintains inventory levels through cycle count programs, inventory obsolescence programs and dispatch procedures.
• Evaluates and adjust stocking levels based on product lead time and customer demand.
• Manage employee performance through KPIs and performance management actions. Supports 5S initiatives, including meetings, strategic planning and activities as needed.
• Manage training of shipping team, including new hire and cross training activities.
• Provide oversight of material stock levels and MRO items, including min/max and cost saving initiatives.

qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred

-Minimum of 4 years' leadership experience required in a supply chain environment.

• Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office systems required.
• Experience in Inventory Control management required.

-Experience in logistics management required.
