responsibilities:

• Partner with the Supply Chain Lighting Leader to plan, coordinate, and deliver key initiatives and milestone project plans for Lighting Operations.
• Align closely with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet program requirements and organizational goals.
• Monitor project timelines, proactively resolve risks, and prepare regular status presentations for senior leadership.
• Support key supplier engagement activities, performance tracking, and ongoing vendor relationship management.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the lighting supply chain and execute actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.

qualifications:

Proven track record in managing project schedules, milestones, and strategic initiatives within supply chain operations (specifically Project Management, not Commodity Management).

Demonstrated experience collaborating with technical teams (engineering, quality, procurement) and managing supplier performance.

Excellent reporting and presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex project statuses for executive stakeholders.
