job summary:

Senior Hands on Tech Lead.

Responsible for End to end delivery and leading a small agile teams composed of developers, testers and a PO.

Expected to provide technical leadership/architecture guidance to the team, clear roadblocks, solve design challenges and collaborate with stakeholders.

Defining the vision for architectural solutions and providing guidance and guardrails for the PO's and developers to ensure timely and successful delivery

Well Versed in:

1. Java and backend frameworks:

Java 8/ 21

Spring Boot 2/3, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Batch

Hibernate/JPA

Multithreading, concurrency, JVM/GC tuning

REST/SOA services, JUnit

2. Architecture Distributed Systems

Solution architecture, HLD/LLD

Microservices and distributed systems

Event-driven architecture

Domain-driven design

Scalability, resiliency, security and observability

Legacy-to-cloud-native modernization

3. Messaging: Kafka and/or MQ.
4. Databases:

Oracle SQL/PLSQL

5. Generative AI / Agentic AI

GitHub Copilot

Prompt engineering

AI-assisted SDLC concepts
