We have an immediate opening for an Order Fulfillment Specialist based in Derry, NH. It is a full-time, day-shift position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) starting at $22/hour.

Responsibilities

• Sample Preparation & Inventory: Bottle, label, and stock high-turnover products for rapid dispatch; maintain reserve inventory for slower-moving items.
• Fulfillment Operations: Package, label, and dispatch daily sample orders to meet the standard 24–48 hour turnaround window.
• Shipping & Logistics Documentation: Generate domestic shipping labels (FedEx) and prepare required documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices and export declarations.
• System Updates: Pull daily sample requests from Salesforce and enter tracking/shipping confirmation details promptly upon shipment.
• Supply & Stock Coordination: Monitor inventory of sample bottles, caps, packaging, and shipping supplies; coordinate with Purchasing to maintain adequate safety stock.
