Shipping and Receiving Associate

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-forward Receiving Clerk to manage incoming shipments, oversee inventory accuracy, and streamline our warehouse data systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between physical dock operations and digital inventory management, utilizing advanced warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to ensure seamless stock tracking and fulfillment. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a receiving, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Must be tech savvy and be able to work on a computer.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Shipment Processing: Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming freight, raw materials, and finished goods for damage, discrepancies, and quantity accuracy against purchase orders (POs).
• Digital Inventory Management: Log incoming inventory into the ERP/WMS platform in real time, assigning correct SKU numbers, bin locations, and lot tracking data.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Flag and troubleshoot discrepancies between packing slips, shipping manifests, and physical counts, communicating directly with vendors and purchasing teams.
