Shipping and Receiving Associate

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Returns and Fulfillment Specialist to oversee our inbound reverse logistics and outbound customer replacement operations. In this role, you will take ownership of the full returns lifecycle, ensuring every package is handled with precision, speed, and care. Daily duties begin with receiving incoming packages, inspecting shipments for transit damage, scanning barcodes into our warehouse management system, and accurately entering return orders against customer records. You will carefully examine products to verify serial numbers, assess physical conditions, and identify discrepancies or missing parts, promptly quarantining non-conforming items for supervisor review. Once approved, you will systematically sort materials by part number, SKU, date, or operational disposition, moving and staging items into designated warehouse bins to ensure seamless inventory tracking. In addition to physical handling, you will update our internal portals to confirm receipt and communicate real-time return statuses to clients and customer service teams. To bring issues to a fast resolution, you will pull replacement merchandise, package items securely, generate outbound carrier documentation using FedEx Ship Manager, and prepare packages for courier pickup. The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in shipping, receiving, or reverse logistics, and demonstrated proficiency with RF barcode scanners and FedEx Ship Manager.
