location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa job type: Contract salary: $21.42 - 27.22 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates

responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes across email, phone, and inventory listing portals.
• Liaise with team peers and leadership to analyze market pricing dynamics and capture sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales and capture rate targets established by Our Client's management.
• Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms.
• Engage with customers prior to and after the sale to build and maintain positive partner relationships.

qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering responsive, exceptional customer support.

Intrinsically motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal instruction.

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
