responsibilities:
- Contract Technical Assistant (Resource Scheduler)
- This position is within the Maintenance & Construction Scheduling department and provides direct support for the Gas Distribution Department.
- This will be a Work Scheduler and a Resource Scheduler hybrid role
- Identify the jobs that are needing to be completed and schedule work for various crews
- Line up work with any 3rd party contractors and additional resource as needed per the job
qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher with 3+ years of relevant experience as a resource and work scheduler.
Required proficiency in SAP alongside strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional demeanor with high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and preferred Lean Six Sigma experience.
