Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is looking for a contract Site Coordinator to join our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) team. You will be the key link between our talent and our client’s operational goals, ensuring every process runs smoothly and remains compliant. Position Details:

• Pay: $25 – $28 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time
• Shift: Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Talent Pipeline: Developing and managing a candidate flow that aligns with client needs.
• Hiring Process: Administering skill assessments, processing applications, and conducting reference checks.
• Compliance & Safety: Coordinating onsite drug testing and distributing safety equipment (PPE).
• Administrative Accuracy: Auditing payroll for 100% accuracy and maintaining electronic talent records
