Quality Inspector III

Are you an experienced Quality Inspector who takes pride in absolute precision? We are recruiting for an industry-leading manufacturer searching for a high-level Quality Inspector III to serve as the ultimate line of defense for product excellence.

In this position, you won't just be checking boxes - you will run advanced CMM and vision inspection systems, enforce ISO 9001 standards, and collaborate closely with production teams to solve quality puzzles. salary: $72,800 - $85,280 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dimensional and visual inspections using CMM, vision systems, height gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings using GD&T principles.
• Conduct line audits to enforce ISO 9001 quality systems and ensure products meet strict regulatory and customer standards.
• Partner with production teams to address non-conformances, root out defects, and verify long-term corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed inspection logs, support tool calibration schedules, and utilize software (such as Calypso or similar QA platforms) to drive quality improvements.
