responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Quality Support: Partner closely with engineering, production, purchasing, planning, and customer service teams to champion quality standards across all operations.
• Inspections & Reporting: Perform thorough part and assembly inspections using precision hand tools and produce accurate first article and inspection reports.
• Compliance & Change Management: Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure all documentation aligns with ISO 9001 standards and regulatory requirements (REACH/RoHS).
• Systems & Equipment Maintenance: Oversee calibration schedules, maintain employee training matrices, and leverage enterprise software systems to track quality metrics.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate professionally with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to resolve quality inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
