QA Technician

job summary:

Join Our Client, a premier industry leader! We seek a QA Technician with 12+ months of quality lab experience in sampling, testing, and inspection to lead day-to-day quality decisions and process validations.

location: Salt Lake City, Utah job type: Contract salary: $20.00 - 24.27 per hour work hours: 7am to 3pm education: High School

responsibilities:

• Perform daily fit, form, function, and certification testing in the QA lab, including mold qualification testing for new parts and modifications.
• Complete incoming inspections, gather product samples, and process lot samples in accordance with lab standards.
• Operate laboratory testing and measuring equipment following established safety and operational protocols.
• Identify and manage nonconforming products by executing quarantine procedures and making key day-to-day quality decisions.
• Assist in investigating customer concerns and participate in process validations to ensure top-tier product quality.

qualifications:

12 or more months of experience in a quality laboratory preferred.

Demonstrated ability to operate laboratory measuring tools and execute testing procedures accurately.

Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
