How You Will Make an Impact As our Project Management Specialist, you will anchor multidisciplinary teams, guiding campaigns from concept to delivery:

• Lead Omni-Channel Campaigns: Direct full-cycle projects across digital, e-commerce, print, broadcast, and packaging on schedule and within budget.
• Orchestrate Workflows: Build project schedules, track milestone progress, and lead status meetings within Workfront.
• Apply Proven Methodologies: Implement Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall practices tailored to creative assets to enhance team efficiency.
• Streamline Asset Production: Scope job deliverables with account leads, vet technical specifications, traffic media assets, and coordinate digital updates.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year managing projects in an in-house creative team, marketing agency, or client-service setting.
• 1+ year utilizing project management software (Workfront preferred; Jira or Monday.com welcome).
• Experience supporting print production and packaging design is preferred.
